Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, or EVRI. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes between two to four working days; however, while we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control. Orders being shipped to Ireland or the European Union may take longer due to customs processing and courier delays.

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. In such cases, we offer replacements only and do not issue refunds for lost or damaged items. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address and will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for performing a patch test prior to full application, especially if they have sensitive skin or allergies. By Jessy is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
