At By Jessy, we aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and procedures in the event of delays or lost parcels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping within the UK, as well as shipping to Ireland and the EU. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, DPD, or EVRI, depending on the best available courier for the destination.

  • UK Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.
  • Ireland & EU Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies based on location and customs clearance. Delivery may take longer than standard UK shipping.

While we strive to adhere to these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather disruptions, or peak shopping periods. By Jessy is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing their purchase.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue. Customers must report any missing or damaged orders within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider, and if confirmed as lost or damaged, we will issue a replacement only, not a refund.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. By Jessy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK, Ireland, and select EU countries. We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes for EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. By Jessy is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
